Attack on the Saudi and Yemeni students in Jordan
University
of Mutah witnessed an attack by the students of Jordanian students on
the Saudis and Yemenis on the impact of a quarrel arose after the

اعتداء على طلبة سعوديين ويمنيين في الاردن
شهدت جامعة مؤتة اعتداء من قبل طلبة أردنيين على طلبة سعوديين ويمنيين على أثر مشاجرة نشأت بعد أن قام الطلبة الأردنيون بتكسير معرض كان يقيمه طلبة خليجيون ويمنيون.
وقالت صحف أردنية أنه تم نقل 5 مصابين سعوديين ويمنيين جراء الشجار إلى المستشفى. ووصفت مصادر من المستشفى العسكري حالة المصابين الخمسة بالمتوسطة والبسيطة.
وقدمت وزيرة التعليم العالي رويدا المعاطي اعتذارا للطلبة الوافدين عما حدث وذلك أثناء مقابلتها لهم في عمادة شئون الطلاب في جامعة مؤته مؤكدة أن الطلاب المتسببين بهذه المشاجرة سيتم فصلهم واتخاذ التدابير حيال المشاركين من خارج الجامعة. وأضافت أن المشاجرة تشكل إهانة لكل الأردنيين.
إلى ذلك أعلن مدير شئون الطلاب بالجامعة استقالته ، وذكرت المصادر ان المشاجرة استخدمت فيها العصي والحجارة وادوات معرض الطلبة الوافدين الذي تعرض لأعمال تخريب وتكسير اثناء المشاجرة نتيجة اكتظاظ الطلبة وتجمهرهم وضيق المكان، مضيفة المصادر ان تعليمات الجامعة لا تخول الأجهزة الأمنية الدخول للحرم الجامعي لسرعة فض الشجار.
وأشارت معلومات تناقلها أردنيون على الانترنت أن الشجار بدأه طلبة أردنيون بعضهم مخمور بتكسير معرض لطلبة يمنيين ومن ثم جاءت عصابات أخرى من نفس عشيرتهم ليقوموا بالهجوم على جميع الطلبة الخليجيين واليمنيين المتواجدين هناك.
